Chain Saw Skills Networking Event
Wednesday May 16th 2012
Trainees sharpen their chainsaw skills:
Rural Enterprise Skillnet organized a chain saw skills training event on Wednesday May 16th in Ballybofey. We would like to thank Sean Doherty from North West Forest Services for providing the facilities and to qualified instructor, Marius Mc Closkey for facilitating the event.
Because of the nature of the training (H&S), we could only host 9 trainees. All who attended, agreed it was a useful and beneficial event with lots of learning being exchanged, not only in the safe use of chainsaws, but basic cutting techniques and care and maintenance of the saw. Many other time and money saving tips were exchanged also. Please see the accompanying photographs.
If you would like to take part in a similar event, please contact us through this website.
