Mark McConnell from Castlefin was judged the winner of the Irish Moiled Cattle Class with Macmann Donegal Danny Boy. No stranger to success, this was Mark McConnell’s sixth Championship win.
Mark and Macmann Donegal Danny Boy then took part in the ‘Parade of Champions’ at the finale of the AIB National Livestock Show.
The Show is Ireland’s largest annual one-day agricultural show and on Sunday approximately 65,000 people attended to enjoy both the Livestock Competition and the 700 trade stands on display, showcasing the best in rural enterprise, food, music and sustainability.
